Needed Mike truck deep cleaned and waxed and my wife said, try Mr. splash again, give them a chance I said, okay! Let me tell you they did an outstanding job. They went from a one star operation to a 5 stars. Edle and Harlem are a huge upgrade in management they comunacted every step of the way. These 2 make a wonderful team and they have earned my business. Please keep them there they are amazing they did a phenomenal job on my truck and my son's truck outstanding work. UPDATE:This is the 1st time using Mr. Splash 8st and 44th these guys are the worst I have ever used! I took in my truck because it was conveniently located, for a good wash and a spray on wax that they sold me on! It took them about and 30 minutes to complete my truck, received a text that it was ready. Girl explained to me that it had some spots on the front but needed my permission to clean the bumper, they were dead bugs it comes off with soap and water? I asked if they dressed the tires they said yes mind they have your vehicle under a canopy and it was dark under the canopy so I couldn't see well. Got home there was water spots everywhere no spray on wax applied! The front was still dirty no tire shine, windows were dirty, they did and horrible job! Left a review on there web-site owner called me and told me that it was dark and they couldn't see mind you it was 11:00 AM in the morning. He asked me to bring it back I said OK he still waiting for me, my time is valuable, do it right the first time so I don't have to come back also invest in some lighting so you can see what you are doing....

The new personnel damaged the interior of my brand-new car, and when I brought it up to the so-called âowner,â he flat-out refused to take responsibility. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he accused me of causing the damage myself after leaving the washâbecause, apparently, I enjoy ruining my own car?
To make matters worse, Jorge was incredibly rude and dismissive, even calling me a liar. If this is how the âownerâ and staff handle customer concerns, imagine the kind of business theyâre running. As consumers, we understand thereâs always some level of risk, but we also deserve a basic level of accountabilityâespecially as returning customers.
The customer service is awful, the cleaning itself is subpar, and if you truly value your car, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is not worth your time or money. If i could leave 0 stars , I...

This was disappointing to say the least. Not to mention how disrespectful and rude Jorge was, calling me a liar. If the âownerâ gives you that answer, then imagine what kind of company this is. Iâd like to add that this was not my first time washing my car at this location, so I was a frequent client. As a consumer I understand we do have to take our risks but we do also need some kind of protection or âwarrantyâ from the place we get our goods/services, especially if youâre a frequent.
