Terrible customer service.. I visited the store today. The lady that came to help me made me feel, like i was interrupting her conversation with the other representative.. I had seen sereral ítems on there website that i really like.. i had seen a 14mm/24" gold filled chain for $67.90. In the store the lady said that the price was $180.00... crazy.. when i showed her the website she said i was in the wrong Luxus... i showed her the address on the web site was the same as the store... she said... well get it from the website... here in the store we need to make money... we have a salary... very disrespecful... and you Wonder why people dont buy from your store... you are stealing...

Fake jewelry. If they say its real, its fake! They sold a fake Sterling Silver chain, told me it was real. They even carved the chain to say 925 on it. So its even branded like if its real. I was of course stupid enough to believe it. The chain faded in less then a week. I spent $101.65 on a fake chain that they probably got less then $2.00 on made in china, dhgate, or alibaba. Not to mention they will not refund your money. They left me...
