Ms Diana was so kind and sweet! She knew exactly what my size was and once I tried on the faja, it fit perfectly. She offered me bottled water and also helped with a few other things I needed. Her prices are very reasonable, much cheaper than what the drs office charged. She even offers shipping which is a plus - I’ll definitely do business with her again!

Update: there are no refunds or exchanges. Please make sure you get the size you feel you need - no measurements were taken and I was only allowed to slip the faja on over the one I was already wearing which wasn’t accurate because I wasn’t able to fasten the hooks plus I had on lipo foams. I don’t usually write reviews, but this place truly deserves it. I live nearly two hours away, and honestly, the drive didn’t even feel like a big deal because of how well I was treated from the start. Diana was absolutely amazing—attentive, responsive, and kind. No matter the time or day, she never ignored a single message. That kind of care really stuck with me.

The first time I went to this store I went in person and there was two women there who were very helpful and very comforting. I had such a good experience I wanted to continue my business with them but I called today for help and recommendations and a man answered and he wasn’t very helpful and sounded like he just wanted to get me off the phone☹️
