My experience wasn't positive at all. I placed a take out order over the phone. I ordered the pescado a lo macho and ceviche. When I arrived the older indigenous woman working there gave me 1 bag, it had 2 containers in it so I figured one was the pescado and the other was the ceviche. When I got home and open the bag one container was the pescado and the other was rice but no ceviche. I called to let them know as I figured the ceviche was still behind the counter because I never took the ceviche. The older indigenous woman answered the phone and I told her my name and that I just picked up an order but was not given the ceviche... As soon as I said that the woman cut me off and said that she gave me 2 bags and that if I didn't take the 2nd bag it was my problem it's not their problem. She had no regard for my issue and she was wrong because she did not give me 2 bags; horrible customer service she made no attempt to find a resolution or appear understanding, she just didn't care. I will never go back to this place... No one deserves to be spoken to the way she spoke to me especially when I am a paying customer. $20 down the drain for ceviche I paid for but was never given, completely disregarding a customer over $20 is worth it to that lady. I will never give a single dollar to this place again, never going back. And the pescado a lo macho tasted good but the rice was hard and tasted old. A terrible...

Free parking available inside the premises.
Very safe neighborhood.
It was kind of empty when we got there because it was almost closing time but the ac was working just fine, there was music playing.
The facility is quite clean, very well organized.
Service was great. The lady was very kind. She asked constantly if everything was ok, if we needed something else.
The food was good. We ordered fried fish and it was tasty. We asked for rice and platains but there are other sides as well, such as salad, yucca, etc.
Also we ordered the famous "Shellfish Jelly" would be the translation? In spanish is "Jalea de Mariscos". This was served with yucca and it was pretty well cooked.
Both dishes can be shared. The fish woth another person if its the biggest one. And the Shellfish dish up to 3 or 4 people depending how hungry they are.
There are some peruvian dishes very native from this country but nothing out of the extraordinary latin american cuisine.
There are also some peruvian beers, domestic beers, you have regular sodas, also the famous Inka Cola, and some juices.
Prices are affordable. You can either pay cash or card.
You can come here with friends, coworkers and/or family.
You may wonder, would I recommend it to the point I'll come...
