Westco Home Furnishings — Local services in Miami

We have bought from Westco for many years, beginning in the early 1970’s. Although we live in Joplin, we always shop around but almost always go back to Miami Westco for our purchases. We know when we go in the store, what we are usually looking for. Today was no different. We had stopped at a furniture store in Joplin, but they didn’t have any thing close to what we went in today, Kaleb Jenks, listened to what we wanted and took us to exactly the right piece of furniture we wanted. Purchase was fast, very friendly, and am excited for Fridays delivery. We also purchased years ago at the Columbus, KS. Westco. Thank you for your kindness and for being in business...

For some reason, though I have never been late or missed a payment, I constantly have late fees attached to my bill. Every time I ask someone about it, they give me the run around for about a month or so I can only assume to try and get me to drop it and pay the late fee. This has happened 3 times. Not to mention the fact that they do not honor their warranty. My washing machine that was only 3 months old went out and they said they cannot provide service as the factory warranty will cover it. I asked if my store warranty was added to the end of the factory warranty and they said no. After I pay off this account, I will never do business with this...
