Update 3.12.2024: I decided to give this food truck another shot, not a lot to choose from in Miami. The staff was greatly improved, as well as the food. The rolls are a little heavy on the rice side, but the ingredients are fresh. They were fairly speedy, too. Easy to get to location, but not a location that you'd want to use the picnic tables to eat. Thanks for working on the quality of food and service.

Stopped in for dinner while visiting family. Thought it was strange that when I went to order the cashier send to encourage us to leave because it would take a while, served like maybe it was because she needed to get back to her cell phone. We ordered anyway, and it did take a little bit, but overly crazy. The rolls were a kind of average, I've had better at grocery stores. The really annoying part was they weren't cut all the way through, not the best situation when sharing rolls as they just fell apart and made a mess. The worst part for me was all the people standing at the window smoking. I guess that's okay here? When my buzzer went off and I went to the window to pick up our order the cashier didn't even make eye contact, let alone say a single word to me. I really hate tipping before service, definitely wouldn't have left the tip I gave her knowing how the service was. So if you prefer a so-so roll and subpar...

I have family in Miami so I'm here at least a couple times a year. I have always dreaded the moment when they suggest going out to eat because the dining scene is so limited and not very hopeful. Discovering Mosa was the best thing that has happened in a decade. It was perfect for picking up food during the COVID pandemic, as it's all outside.

None of my family had tried it yet so I just took the plunge. We both thought it was great! It wasn't just "good for Miami," it was as good as Japanese I've had in major cities around the country. I wish there were more vegetarian options but this is the Beef Belt, so I'm used to limited options in that regard. I hope Mosa has a...

Stopped by here on a friend's recommendation, SO glad we did! Friendly girl greeted us and took our order. Wasn't to long of a wait considering we order 2 sushi rolls and a noodle dish. These Sushi 🍣 rolls are absolutely amazing! Fresh, tempura 🍤 that was crunchy under sauces that were a delicious balance of sweet and heat. The noodles 🍜 were hot and delicious! Only down side was the spring rolls were soggy bc they were put on the noodles, id prefer them bagged seperately, but the taste was still good. We would definitely recommend stopping by and getting...
