today I did my black plan at Planet fitness who helped me was Maria Teresa or Luna. I arrived with a lot of pain in my shoulder because my work is very heavy and I need to recover urgently... I asked about the hydromassage which I thought was a jacuzzi so I could relax my body due to the pain she told me no it was just a massage chair that has warm water. I registered and waited to use it, after it was my turn I went to ask how I could turn on the warm water in the massage chair because I didn't know what it was like and I had never seen one in my life, so Maria Teresa or Luna was very nervous when I asked this question and she didn't answer me she took me to the living room and told me to sit there, as if I were garbage .... I asked her why are you treating me like that with rudeness and disregard ! i really needed to relax with something warm on my body as i don't have a bathtub in my house... i went to the gym to get help and was treated rudely by this employee... i realized she was more interested in talking with the men she was friends with than paying attention to the customer because when I arrived around 10 pm on 05/16/23 she was in a long conversation with a guy, and when she finished serving me she had already entered into a conversation with another , which can be seen by the gym 's cameras on the day and time I spoke meet your expectations..

on July 13th I went to the gym I got there at 1:35 pm I did my training then I went to the reception to use the massage chair, who was there the manager and a receptionist the manager looked at me and said " almost no I see you " as if you were my friend for a long time, I replied I work a lot, then I wondered why she asked me that.... Once I made a complaint and put it on the Google rating like this one talking about the receptionist Luna who treated me impolitely and then I personally went to talk to the manager and explain what happened... I think she remembered that I complained once and thought "she complained about the gym, spoke badly about us and almost didn't appears here "... What happens is that I usually go to the gym at night, which is the time I can go during the day I only went twice and at night the manager is never there because she has to work in the morning until late afternoon only. I was surprised with the way she spoke to me, she didn't ask me if I was ok or not, because usually when we see a person that's what we talk about it was just rude, rude and unprofessional just because she is in the position of a manager I think that she thought she could treat people the way she wanted .... This gym really deserves a -10 because the employees are unprepared and rude . She asked me to remove the complaint I made on the evaluation page and in return she would give me 1 month free I agreed but I hadn't deleted it yet, but now I just changed my mind I won't delete anything.... Education and respect we learn at home.. cultures are from different countries but nobody likes being treated badly, if I arrive at the gym being rude and stupid, saying bad words to the store manager, what could...

Mixed review.. although the gym is very clean and has some friendly staff, they’re are certain things not adding up. On my very first day of signing up, I was hardly greeted by the short, stocky girl at the front desk. I thought she was just having a bad day but the following days of coming in, said otherwise. She was extremely vague with the signing up process and I felt like a nuisance whenever I had a question. I’ve worked in gyms before and one rule that applies to all gym is that the front desk should be very warm and welcoming especially to new members and guests. I was actually shocked by how clean this gym is, which is a big plus. I also appreciate the fact that you guys are practicing “Social Fitnessing”.. BUT... I also feel that it is very counter active and more inconvenient than anything. There’s a lot of equipment closed off in order to practice “social fitness“, which ends up leaving members having to pile up in corners of the gym especially in the dumbbell area. This means that there is less equipment to use and a very long wait time to use certain things since everyone is limited in what they can use. You also need to sign up for hooks although, there will be one or two people using that side of the gym. There’s no reason to really “social fitness” if everyone is working out next to each other touching the same equipment like dumbbells for one example. If the gym fills up with a certain amount of people, you have wait and stand outside in the blazing heat and sun. Nothing wrong with that but maybe have a better system to keep you members comfortable. The limitation on equipment and wait times is just straight up inconvenient and counter active. RODRIGO aka Melanie should not be in a leadership position within your store. Good Leaders/Manager provide workable solutions to issues - Poor managers escalate issues into a conflict. RODRIGO aka Melanie is a poor manager.

On 04.21.19, a Sunday evening, I decided to get in a quick workout and I bought my 14yr old cousin to join. RODRIGO aka Melanie checked me in then directed my cousin to the waiting area. She would wait while I worked out. The work out was complete and upon returning to the waiting area I noticed my cousin looked uncomfortable. I inquired as to why she looked that way and it was stated that RODRIGO aka Melanie refused to allow her to use the restroom, stating company policy that the restroom is only for members. I was shocked at his response but proceeded to leave Planet Fitness then walk to a nearby Walgreen's where she used the restroom. Upon returning to the gym, RODRIGO aka Melanie made a comment to the effect of "...if I knew she was your daughter, I would have let her use the restroom." I couldn't believe him/her. RODRIGO aka Melanie checked us in and knew we were together as he directed my cousin where to sit in the waiting area. At this point I explained to RODRIGO aka Melanie, what I thought of his actions and of him personally. He in-turn attempted to ban me from Planet Fitness. RODRIGO aka Melanie is now the victim. He stated that his reasons for attempting to ban are Multiple Guest and Profanity. Multiple Guest? She wasn't a guest. Why falsify and exaggerate the details?
