In one word, Horrible experience ever purhasing my car at BLM Motors. Had to call more than 15 times over the span of 2 months to get my old car paid off. But this is not all, to start after driving my new car for a whole week, Vince at the Finance Dep. called me that had to come up with an addtional $10,000 because the bank did not approve the original deal. (Helloooo) a week later?? After we were congratulated on our new purchase and all documents signed! Well, we had to go back and sign all documents again. But guess what, not once but 3 times! On 3 different occacions in a time frame of 45 days. On top of that, my treade-in had already been taken by them and all the money of my trade-in ($14,700) was not enough. So, they asked me for an additional $10,000, for a total of $24,700 as down payment. Meanwhile, I was still paying for a car that wasn't mine anymore but they had not issued a payoff; and driving a car that seams to still belong to them. It came the time to make my first payment, as per the loan documents, but according to BLM the bank (Bank of America) had not finalized the paper work. What?? almost 2 moths after?? Yesss! So, I had to issue the 1st payment to them beacuse otherwise my credit will be affected. No sense at all but followed their instructions. Two weeks later, a new call from Vince; they were refunding back my payment as Bank of America finalized the paper work and now the 1st payment was to be sent to them. What is this whole mess! Well, it is been 3 months since my purchase and the nightmare continues. After all this time, I decided to call them since I was owed a refund between the amount of my payoff and the amount they agreed to pay for my old car. And not to my surprise, the check had not been done. To finalize, after 3 long months, my check is much less than the amount suppost to be received! But to make things worse, a new tag was issued, and they never gave me the actual registration, but a temporary which lasted 30 days and when got the plate they forgot to give me the actual registration, so it wasn't until a couple of days after when I realized that registration was missing, as otherwise, they would have never contacted me. The whole purchase was an ordeal. This people don't know what they are doing, no wonder they have so many bad reviews. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!THIS IS THE WORST PLACE...
Read moreI purchased an automobile from Brickell Luxury Motors on Friday, May 22 from Brickell Luxury Motors. The sale was negotiated through email and telephone. I then flew from Memphis to Miami to finalize the sale. I readily admit I purchased the car in as is condition. However, in the month since I've owned the car, I discovered the car had three cracked rims. This is not uncommon for Grand Sport Corvettes, but one of the wheels had been welded in five places in an attempt to repair rather than replace the wheel. A high performance automobile with cracked wheels is clearly a hazard to put into the stream of commerce and on the road. In addition, the sway bar end links have had to be replaced, the check engine light came on within 200 miles of driving the car and multiple fuses had to be replaced. As I said, I purchased the car as/is, but the cracked wheel situation is disgraceful. With that being said, the reason for my one star review has been the registration nightmare. The dealership assured me the registration paperwork and sales tax would be sent to my home state and their registering the car was a service they provided. As of today, June 20, the registration paperwork, nor the sales tax has been sent to my home state for registration. I have made multiple telephone calls and it's always some nonsense about their accounting department and their titling department. They finally, after several requests, gave me a UPS tracking number for the registration paperwork. However, that tracking number went to some place in North Miami, as opposed to my home state. Now, because the car wasn't registered timely, I am being charged a penalty by my home state licensing department. I have bought no less than fifty automobiles in my lifetime, with most of them being long distance transactions. Dealing with Brickell Luxury Motors has been the most disappointing. Between the possible concealment of serious defects and questionable registration practices, it reminds of dealing with a 70s used car dealer. There are too many reputable dealers out there to do business with Brickell...

I recently purchased a 2022 G-Wagon from this dealership remotely, based on clean vehicle reports and the large number of positive reviews. I worked with Sean throughout the process. During the test drive, the navigation system wasn’t working, but I was told it could be addressed under the Mercedes-Benz warranty.
After purchase, I took the vehicle to a certified Mercedes-Benz service center, where I was informed that the navigation system had physical damage—something not covered under warranty. The advisor provided photos showing clear tampering or damage in the navigation compartment. This issue was never disclosed to me prior to purchase. If not I would of looked for another option.
I contacted the dealership with all supporting documentation and gave them the opportunity to make it right. Despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve received no response.
This feels deceptive and borders on fraud—selling a high-end vehicle with hidden damage and then going silent when a customer raises a legitimate concern. It’s completely unprofessional, and I expected much better from a dealership with this kind of reputation.
Buyers beware: If you're considering purchasing a vehicle here—especially remotely—proceed with extreme caution. Don’t rely on reports or reviews alone. Get everything independently inspected.
To Isaac, the store manager: If you are willing to take responsibility and cover the cost of the navigation repairs, I will gladly remove or update this review to reflect your willingness to resolve the matter...
