I don't know what is so special about this Gelato place. It's definitely not 4.9 stars worth.
To the owner: Your nuts based flavors are really not that great. I ordered pistachio and it's clearly American pistachio. You should use Sicilian pistachio for the real gelato taste.
Other than that the texture needs to be as smooth as silky. This wasn't. The creaminess and thickness was lacking.
