Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Miamisburg

I am editing my previous review because of my most recent experience with the miamisburg Pizza Hut location. I placed an online order for 2 lg pizzas, one was barbecue chicken thin crust and one lg pan pepperoni. When I picked up my order my barbecue chicken pizza was pan crust instead of the thin that I ordered. Should have been an easy fix , I called Pizza Hut and after several minutes on hold finally get through to an employee who tells me that I will have to wait 30 minutes for my pizza to be made correctly and have to come back to get it. So I’m supposed to what put my other pizza in the fridge for 30 minutes waiting on the other half of my dinner. He told me to hold for a manager so then I was placed on hold for an additional 16 minutes and when the manager did finally come to the phone she was very short. Before I said anything, first thing she says is “You need to calm down” which was odd thing to start off with because I had never raised my voice or been rude, as a matter of fact about a week earlier I had a left a rave review of this location because of what a good job they usually do, they were one of my favorite places around here to eat, so when I called I thought for sure they would resolve this problem. I am so disappointed because this was my go to pizza place In the end since I had paid for my order with cash, they couldn’t refund it and since I didn’t want to drive back there in 30 min for them to fix it they said they would send me a coupon for a pizza. We are here visiting from New Jersey. We had originally ordered from Papa John’s and they took our money and didn’t show.

That behind me we ordered from Pizza Hut. We ordered two pizzas and breadsticks. The pizza was excellent and the soda I ordered sax nice and cold. The only thing that was not very good was that the breadsticks were a little overdone.

The service was excellent and we got our order delivered to our hotel in less than a half hour.

Back to our original problem with Papa John’s and Pizza Hut. . When you call to order you do not get the local restaurant. You get a call center answered by someone who has no idea about the area you are calling from. Why have they made this change? These people answering the phones are awful. These places are going to lose a lot...

We placed an order that said 15 minutes then ended up waiting an hour and half for an order after their system supposedly went down. They offered us a $20 credit which was fair and we did not complain once to them. We ask to redeem our credit today and the manager tells me there is no credit on my account. I asked if I could bring it in to the store to show them since I still had the receipt just in case, and they stated they had no idea why the credit would disappear and that there is nothing they can do even if we show them the voucher that their store gave us.
