Nice store & nice people. But literally the slowest check out experience EVER. 3 people in line took more than 15 minutes. Brutal. Not acceptable in 2025. Just standing… waiting… I can’t imagine how much revenue this store is leaving on the table with inefficient operations. I nearly walked out.

Took more than 5 minutes with me just standing at the register typing this out waiting to actually check out because of untrained staff operating in slow motion. No urgency.

My recommendation. Train your cashiers and optimize for speed and throughout. It drives such a better customer experience. I literally could write a novel standing in line here waiting to give you money.
