Stopped in to spend a few hours reading to get our child out of the cold rain while camping at the National Park. This was a nice enough looking space, although a bit sterile and cold, and they have clearly prioritized hostile architecture and an extensive list of rules to dissuade homeless people from spending time here. The only bathroom with a changing table is in the children's section, and it is locked. It is my experience that children are the ones who most need quick and convenient access to a bathroom. Having to hunt down a key to take your child to the bathroom in a hurry is a recipe for disaster! All of the signs with endless rules posted everywhere feel unwelcoming, and the staff were also unfriendly and unwelcoming. Read moreThe library was designed by an architect world famous which also designed the library at the University I graduated from in Denver it is very open airy user-friendly professional and they just renovated it again the only problem I have is I wish they would move it off of Franklin Street and also the town hall so we could have a direct link to the lakefront like we used to have several decades ago otherwise it's perfect you'll enjoy your experience there and they're very helpful easy to get to easy to park close to the beach...

They tried to say a book I returned had water damage and wanted to charge me $20 before I could rent another book. The book was in poor condition when I rented it and I returned it in the same condition I got it in. I definitely did not do any damage to any book I ever rented.
