Maurices — Local services in Michigan City

I love maurices, its one of my favorite places to shop. Unfortunately tho, I had a terrible experience today in the Michigan City store. I had a return and the associate who 'helped' me with the return was extremely rude. She seemed too busy to listen to what I was saying, first she scanned the wrong shirt I was returning, no big deal, I corrected her, to which she proceeded to charge my card again for the item I was returning. I brought it to her attention that I was recharged instead of refunded and she stated that was incorrect. Checked my bank account as soon as I walked out, walked back in to show the mistake and thankfully another associate who actually took the time to listen fixed it for me. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name nor was it on my receipt, I'll definitely stick to my usual Valpo maurices where the staff has alway been friendly and helpful as opposed to rude. PRICEY!! Maurices always has been. Clearance is hit or miss on my size and my style, but even when I went in to look for jeans, the clearance ones were still around $37... tell me why jeans are so expensive now days??? not to mention we went to Abercombie after for my husband and you could buy jeans that were in his size for $15 ish... crazy pricing. Wish ESPECIALLY for the outlet mall that this store would particularly have a little bit better pricing than the normal stores.
