This has got to be one of the most ghetto, hood, wanna be shoe stores I have gone to in a while. NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!! I went in on July 2nd 2024 at around 6pm. I was there to buy 3 pairs of jordans and clothes for my kids. School is coming fast! I saw $20 soda brand joggers! My kids like those! They had 2 pair with a sign that said $20. Took the joggers up to the counter, and they rang up as $37. The price sticker on them said $20, so the cashier showed the manager. The manager said they are not on sale, and I had to pay full price regardless of what the sticker said. So I proceeded to get the other pair to show her those also said $20. She rudely said they hadn't taken those price stickers off yet. The store was unorganized and a mess. The floors clearly needed to be cleaned. Needless to say I walked out. I called the customer service number. The young lady helped me and gave me the $20, and apologized immensely. This store is in an area that thousands of people travel through daily. The manager is an African American female, which I am in no way stating to sound racist, because I am also African American. If I have a bad experience like this, I can only imagine what other peoples experiences have been. I will no longer shop at this establishment. Foot locker got $563.65 from me. Thanks, Finish Line! This is 2024, and I feel like customer service is getting worse by the day. Specially here! DON'T...
Read moreA tried and true sneaker head through and through. So I found this particular colorway in a shoe I liked. I was shopping at the outlet when I gave them a call to inquire. The employee asked another if they had what I was looking for. They assured me they did, I crept up there and was asked if I needed and help. I voiced I just called. The employee asked "gym red ?" Impressed he remembered I replied "size 11." He complemented my taste which garnered a few looks from shoppers, told me the release date which wasn't provided online. We chatted briefly about its release and such, he checked me out on the other side to get me out quick, it was smooth. But I feel that as a sibling to a person with special needs its imperative to donate to the special Olympics. Not only is it a good cause but its a great help, so I urge readers to do the same if they are still taking donations. Long story short, I...
Read moreI went there a few days ago to purchase a few items for my kids. It was one male staff with bushy eyebrows that was very pushy and kept asking every 2 minutes if we were ready. Obviously we weren’t because we had no items in our hands but still looking around. It got so bad that I just completely ignored him and kept on shopping. He caught a major attitude and told my teen daughter to tell me to let me know when I was ready then mumbled something under his breath. When I was ready he had a major attitude and was not helpful when I had questions about the rewards program. Noooo customer service at all. My son wanted to go back to purchase more items but I told him I would not return with the service we received. If you don’t like your job, go find...
