So disappointed with the knowledge of the associates at the UPS store. Two of them didn't know how to ship a package to another UPS facility and when I asked for a manager, there was not one working that day which I find unusual for a busy Saturday. When I called to express my concern that the package was not delivered the associate would not listen to my complaint about the rude behavior of the original associate. Not going to use this UPS...

We recently did a "pack and ship" of a large framed poster that had significant sentimental value ... it arrived at its destination in impeccable condition. The young man who was working on June 20, 2025 at 12:13 PM (from our receipt... I do not want to give his employee ID) did an outstanding job packaging and carefully protecting the artwork.
