I’ve been ordering from this place since they first open. To start the food was amazing I recently went in there the other day it was $25 worth of food when I got home the food was very very hard it was burnt and dry as though it was sitting there and they re-cooked it and served it to me. When I called them which was the next morning because I went at the end of the night. I was told by the young lady that answered the phone to bring the food back in my receipt and at the time no manager was available he will be in at five. When I got there and gave them the remainder of the food which I thought to myself it’s Covid nobody’s taking anything back they are very very unsanitary if they’re asking me to bring food back and also not following the CDC guidelines. When I got there the manager took one look at what we made of the food was and refused to refund my money make me new fresh food and you can tell that those fries were very burnt they are very unprofessional their food is horrible and they have a very very bad attitude. I ordered my food through door dash pick up. I ordered it at 5:25 pm puck up at 6:25pm. When I got there at 6:30pm I was never acknowledged when I walked in. About 3 min later a lady finally comes around and says what can I get you. I tell my name for pick up and she says ummm ok. Turns around and picks up my reciept and started to tell them what my order was. Never turns back around to say im getting it now. Finally after about another 7 min I get my food. What was the point to order ahead and pick up. Also everyone had no facemask on. If we aren't concerned about safety in the public I will not go back. I went online to do my order and I added up my order with my taxes and when I got to the store it was a different price it was almost 90 bucks for a pan of french fries they wanted $25 the prices are ridiculous and something needs to be done about this price gouging but that was my last time going to any restaurant for the price of the chicken wings they wanted almost $50 for 40 wings that's a case of chicken wings and for $25 for French fries you can buy a 10 lb bag for $5.99 so I guess I'll be cooking at home more often don't get me wrong the food is good cook to order sometime the grease is a little on the burnt side so the food taste scorched but it's for me it's the prices I can't afford them have a great day...
