I visited the shop 3 weeks before prom, looking to order prom flowers. The lady who I spoke to was extremely rude! I stated i got prom flowers from there 2 times before and was hoping to order again. As she rolled her eyes at me she rudely told me they were no longer taking orders for prom. She then told me she had no idea where I could get flowers this close to the event. She said she would have me try the flower shop north of them, in Halifax, but they are overpriced and do not do good work. I ended up driving north to the flower shop in Halifax. I was greeted with smiles and open arms. I asked if it was too late to order flowers. They laughed at me and said "NO kids will come in here the day of prom and what flowers" Prom day I picked up my flower order (from the flower shop in Halifax) and I must say - I couldn't have been more happy!. I had a wonderful experience with Lindsay and Amy at Usztics Florist this past year. They both worked on a set of flowers for my Parents for their cemetery columbarium. I'm from out of state and had called around to several florist, including the church but they only provide for ground burial flowers and not flowers for cremated remains at the columbarium. At first call, Amy was more than willing to help me design bouquets suitable for the size needed then Lindsay ensured the final perfect fit. I am overly pleased with their overall service, their attention to detail, and ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the final arrangements. Christine was the absolute best! She helped me out of a jam by allowing me to ship her a country wagon container I ordered from Nevada and offered to assemble it, design the perfect fresh plant arrangement, deliver it to my mothers home on her birthday and everything was perfect! She truly loves what she does and it shows. She puts her heart in each arrangement and it shows. Will recommend to everyone I know.
