Deli Staff, Took a trip to the store on last Wed 5/17/2023. Ordered a sandwich from deli department. Seemed ok, Lady in her 40-50 yes old took my order. 7 mins later still have not started on sandwich but no complaints. Deli, female on duty was not receptive of instructions given to her about preparing the hoagie sandwich. She stated " You want to come back here and make it yourself". I was astonished! But my husband and I continued on. More words transpired and the incident ended with the deli woman tossing the oil, vinegar and hoagie sandwich at my husband and told him "I hope you Choke on it". Before we get to the store manager on duty at the time in the front of the store, another young lady was already complaining about the deli woman. The young lady (Caucasian) said she has a problem with her every time she comes in the store also. I want to assure you that this is not based on racism. The manger on duty and the dairy manger listened to the discussion between the manger on duty, the young lady and her son, myself and my husband. My husband and I left the store, conversing about this incident that just occurred. I called there today Sat 5/20/23 around 3 pm. I talked to a "Manger on duty" To inquire about the situation and how it is being handled. This not so "Gentleman" listened to a small piece of my recollection of events. From there he said " I heard about it, the lady in the deli hasn't had a complaint in 6 years she has been working here" and after that he let it rip on me! Now I remind you, he said nothing about the young lady and her son that was complaining about the same deli lady before I got there! He would not let me say anything else, that myself and my husband were rude. And we shouldn't be talking to her that way. Now we are talking about the same person that told my husband " I hope you choke on it" And he doesn't care who I call. He would not give me his name. "The manger" also told me that if I want to talk to Mike Mignosis I have to wait till Monday when he comes in. And he hung up! I can't say for sure that anybody else is the store is this way, but until Wednesday 5/17/2023 at 5:30-6pm I would recommend some where else! I been in Customer Service...

Everytime I go to the store I can't get enough of coming back. It's been over three years since I've been here approximately that timing and everytime I go here it's like I want to spend hours in here. That's horrible because a lot of time I'm finished with my shopping list within 15. LOL. But because the store is kept so neat and the seafood as well as the butcher department is so fresh I just want to stand and look around. Lol. I like that they keep the aisles needing clean or items are on the shelf pack. The shopping carts are kept in order so this way you don't get stuck in the parking lot while going to your car to unpack. I had that happened to me once before at another location and nearly turned over everything in my cart. Come on I know it's happened to you guys as well. I like it that I can play my lottery here and I can pick up wine if the household requested. It's just everything I need from the groceries to the wine to my lottery even down to pet food in one place. It's called having the convenes at a convenience store to make things convenient for the person who shopping there....

Although the cashiers were very friendly, our experience with the young bakery worker was extremely frustrating. Last Wednesday evening when we tried to place a cake order for Thursday evening, the bakery worker said she thought that it was too late to place the order, although she admitted to just having started in this department, so she didn't really know. Instead of trying to find the definite answer on her own, I had to ask her to get the manager, who told us that we could in fact place the cake order to be picked up the next day. She sighed while we placed our order. She continued to give us (and other customers, who made comments to us about it) a negative attitude the next evening when we picked up the cake and ordered helium balloons, which were tied so loosely that one came off before we left.
