Mister Softee Cape May Court House — Restaurant in Middle Township

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a small vanilla in a cup. It was sitting and sitting, MELTED. I ordered a brownie sundae and paid for it, it was literly brownies and ice cream, with no hot fudge. I then explained to the woman, who had an accent, that this is not a brownie sundae, that I am missing the hot fudge, she then put a overflowing bunch of hot fudge on top of the whip cream! I told her I don't want that, and had to explain to her how to layer it. She then made another one, with an attitude, and then wanted to charge me another 1.98$ for hot fudge? Mind you, my vanilla is melting inside the drive thru. I finally asked if I was charged for a sundae, that clearly reads fudge brownie sundae, why am I being charged an additional amount of money? Has anyone ever ordered a brownie SUNDAE, and gotten only brownies and ice cream? I ordered this before and I have not had a problem there. I then asked to be refunded. Ironically my receipt says "regular choc syrup sundae". Horrible customer service, and staff not trained correctly. I certainly hope my refund is correct on my card. How do you put 0 stars? I live here locally and this is the first time I been to this mister softee location. The portion sizes are horrible. For the 2 pictures below totaled 9$. For a scoop of water ice it was $4.50 and it’s not even in the correct container! I tried to tell the woman working who couldn’t quite understand English that the waterice is supposed to go in the plastic cup which is for waterice and that for $4.50 there should be more than 1 scoop. And the little small amount of icecream which was a pup cup for $4.50! Ridiculous! What a rip off! Will never be back and i do not recommend! Go to Flecks, ice cream...

The ice cream was really good and the jimmies were not stale. Stale jimmies can end up being mealy instead of slightly Crunchy, plus they can break down in the ice cream faster. Assorted specialty cones were tasty and the prices are not egregious. BUT, and other ice cream places take note too, if you are serving something that can get extra messy, YOU HAVE TO HAVE GOOD NAPKINS. The napkins at this Mister Softee are not good.
