I went to this JJill to return two items I bought online. I neglected to bring the packing slip but knew it wouldn't be a problem as my payment was a JJill credit card and I have never had any issues in the past. My experiences with this store have always been very nice especially with Sandra, the previous manager. This visit was quite the opposite. I was given a very hard time by the sales woman (who I subsequently found out was the manager) for not having the slip with her making repeated remarks about how difficult it was to do the return, how much more time it would take (1 other customer in the store at the time), when did I buy the items, can I go on my cell phone and find the order #, etc, etc, with her demeanor making it very obvious that she wasn't happy. This went on for ~ 4 minutes when I felt so berated for forgetting the slip that I took my items, went to my car, called the 800# for JJill and within minutes had all the information needed for the return. Apparently the JJill manager couldn't do that. This manager clearly needs to get out of retail sales. I will not be going to or recommending this...
