I live nearby and go to this Home Goods all of the time. The store is always clean, staff are always friendly and helpful, and the products are great with inventory constantly being changed out. I've bought several giant rugs that have held up well and you'd have no idea whether I spent $600 on them or $6,000. I also only buy my candles and soap from this store, they're the best. My one complaint are the price stickers on the products. THEY'RE SO ANNOYING. First of all, they're always stuck on the middle/side of the products, so when you get home you spend 10 minutes trying to peel them off and they leave the stickest residue. I now use Goo Gone to wipe it off easier, but it's a giant pain. I've literally debated whether I want to keep shopping at Home Goods because of the stickers, they're beyond annoying. Nobody wants to have a candle or other product in their home with a big price sticker stuck on it for everyone to see. Why not stick the price sticker on the bottom of the products?? Or even better, just get a new sticker vendor that provides stickers you can peel off w/o leaving a glue like residue. This small change would be such a drastic improvement. If the price stickers could be easily peeled off I would give this...
Read moreI used to live very close to this location and shopped there all the time. Now, I live about 25 minutes away but was in the area so I decided to pop in. I ended up buying a cute quilt set I was excited about. I got it home and opened it this morning, only to find there was a hole in the seam. I drove all the way back to return it this afternoon. The associate told me she had to call the manager over to approve the return because it was damaged. I had no issue with that. When the manager came over, he insinuated my dog damaged the quilt and I was scamming the return. He even went as far as to ask me if I had a dog. I was shocked. They ended up honoring the return only because I got it the day before, but he insinuated the entire time I was scamming him. Very uncomfortable and I won’t...
Read moreDog-friendly store!!!" is the store your personal banker warned you about! I always find great stuff for myself and gifts. They have a pet section that has saved me so much money in toys for rough chewers that my puppy destroys days later (I would hate to pay full price for that experience). Even better, you can bring a well-mannered, leashed dog to check things out personally! (Great for sniffing out toys and measuring doggie jackets and doggie beds) They also have kitchen, bed, and bath everything, stationary, toys, even huge rugs and furniture. You are bound to find a few things that you can't live without at great prices. The staff are always VERY nice and they have treats at the register for your...
