Great shop, great staff, great experience. I went to this shop randomly on my lunch break. I am always nervous to go in public places in my work attire. Due to the nature of my job, my work clothing is always covered in dust and worn down. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the shop and was given a warm welcome despite my dusty appearance. I looked around for a few minutes when a friendly staff woman informed me of a current sale, which I ended up using. I finally made up my mind after browsing the many options of this store. I notified another friendly staff member. She walked with me to get my items, and we chatted about a few other items I found intriguing in the shop. Overpriced and overcharging! I recently visited this place and was shocked to see their hookah mint flavor priced at $19.99. Meanwhile, every other store in Madison is selling the same thing for $16.99. I have a photo of the exact same product I bought elsewhere for $16.99. It's clear they're taking advantage of customers. They have a huge selection of 420 friendly products, all of the available Delta options for the state of WI. The staff are well educated on what you're getting, they all seem to have tried the products they're selling and have first hand knowledge.

The products are amazing, personally suggest Geek'd carts, they hit hard. Partner that cart with a Spaced Out one, and it's like you're smoking Cali products.
