Family run business for many years great breakfast now I think they only stay open till one or 2 o’clock. They open early in the morning great for business travelers especially because I always like that. They have the newspaper there even the Wall Street Journal so I like going for an early breakfast if I’m going to have meetings during the day, it’s easy location to get to if you’re going on the beltline and get off at airport Boulevard and go straight down to Allen Avenue and it’s just make a right and it’s there or university. You can make a ride if you’re down there if you’re coming from the east side you can make a right and go up. They have good pancakes. Good breakfast very reasonable price good coffee...

Middleton Springs is just a strip mall but It's very close to our house so we certainly take advantage of it. Starbucks is close by and there's a dollar store if you need to find something quick.
