McDonald’s — Restaurant in Middleton

I was a McDonald's customer on A SLOW Sunday at 4:51pm. I ordered a quarter pounder w/ cheese, 10 piece chicken McNugget, 4 large fries, and ranch.

I was asked to pull ahead to wait. I waited 10 minutes for a worker to only bring out the fries, and then I said it wasn't all that I ordered. She said okay, and said she would check on it. Then another worker came out with my receipt telling me the rest of my ordered should be at the bottom of the bag. When I showed her the bag without the nuggets or burger, she said I didn't need to be rude. I was explaining that she was incorrect. Then waited 5 more minutes, until I went into the restaurant. The worker who was unfriendly, yelled and was talking about me loudly to the rest of her friends behind the counter. I just wanted my full order. The manager didn't apologize and asked me to tell "my version of the story." He just nodded but didn't give me much else. Is this the culture and customer service that McDonald's is now? The Google reviews...

9/5/2022 First impressions clean restraunt inside and out, friendly staff & friendly managers too. The food is hot & freshly made and never cold! Orders are correct and only twice my order had to be corrected and this was not a major concern. Everything was corrected in a very fast efficient time. The drive through customer service experience for lunch time has has been fabulous. One particular employee named " TY" is very pleasant, kind positive worker every time he takes my food order in the drive through at lunch time. He really has excellent customer skills! Thank you" for the kind of service that all customers truly appreciate "TY". I encourage all people to come buy lunch at this location, you won't be disappointed! High quality freshly made food for the price and customer service unlike other McDonald's Locations...

I have always loved McDonald's as a kid. I would always ask my parents to take me there as a treat since they have huge serving of that chicken meal and I have always loved their chocolate sundae. Through the years they have managed to stay affordable. As a student on a budget I could always dine there to my heart's content however, to stay affordable their servings, specifically their chicken meal, became a lot smaller. Gone are the good old days, I must say. To add to that, sometimes their spag sauce is enough. There was even a time they ran out of cheese. Uh, la la... But anyway, their choco sundae will always bring me back to its doors. I am not a fan of ice cream but their – that choco sundae of theirs will forever be one of my favorite...
