Grand China — Restaurant in Middleton

This is our go-to Chinese takeout place in Middleton. In fact it is the only Chinese we have eaten in the 2 years we have lived in Middleton.. They are open 30 min longer than the other places and are always polite and fast. Never had to wait longer or even wait in line. Their general Tsos chicken or shrimp is my favorite here and wonton soup. I also love the little guava candies they have. I will admit their crab Rangoon was not my favorite, and I love crab Rangoon but I have grown used to it and use the sweet and sour sauce on them and it’s better. My hubby likes the general tsos chicken, low Mein and egg rolls.

and in reference to someone else’s review below about taking the chicken out of the container.. I have watched them make my food and they do pre portion the chicken in containers, like a lot of places pre portion servings , and I’ve seen them take it directly out of the fridge. The glove part I don’t know, there is always a male cooking when I am there and tbh I don’t remember thinking...

I usually would say it's a 10 but tonight I ordered smaller portions and it wasn't good. The lo mein noodles were cloudy like a tsp of flour had been mixed in them. The shrimp were small and few. The crab racoon was shaped like a half moon and the edges were so hard I had to rip it all off. Very disappointed in that. For the first time I ordered the barbecue rib. I thought it was gonna be 6 ribs, it was pulled apart into strips and hard and over cooked.. Yuk. The rice that has all the meats in it was like ' where's the meat '. No flavor or taste either. The chicken with pea pods oh my, I hesitated even eating it. It didn't even look like chicken , it was in something slimy like the water the noodles were cooked in no flavo,. Talk about disappointed. I mean if it was the chef then they need a new job. The only good thing was the white rice. It makes me sad cause I usually 10 this spot but today it's a 2 /3. Not sure if I want to order from...

Worst customer service ever!!! Not one time did anyone say hello, thank you, goodbye or anything besides tell me what I owe. The younger guy who cooked my food had the worst attitude! He rolled his eyes when I asked for hot sauce at the end when he was bagging up my food. My son want a cookie and the woman who took my money was on the phone the whole time. I gave her the money for the cookie and then he wanted a water so I made a total of 3 transactions and she never acknowledged me one time. As we were walking out the door I finally said thank you this was the worst service ever, absolutely rude how you all have treated my son and I and I will never come back and not one person even looked at me.
