They don't have a connected phone for some reason? Ordered food last night, my sub was made wrong. They also didn't have the cookies I wanted so I had to substitute them which was fine. But today I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go back to this subway because their phone is disconnected therefore I couldn't call in my refund. The man working wouldn't remake any of my food and only gave me a $2 refund. He did not care that the phone wasn't working. And told me if I wanted to speak to a supervisor I would have to drive back tomorrow morning because again...their phone is not connected. Also he wouldn't give me my receipt back because I could "scam" the store. His words. Even though if I really wanted to "scam" the store I could use my email receipt or my subway phone app....
Read moreI'm not usually one to complain, but they got my order wrong enough that I'm going to. Ordered a BLT online with onions and cucumber. Got the sandwich back to my desk at work, and the BLT had bacon, lettuce, onion, and spinach. I'm not even sure how that happens.

I asked for bacon and not toasted sandwich and she put the cold bacon on the sandwich, when I asked her to heat it she rolled her eyes. Then she started making another sandwich for my friend and instead of yellow mustard she put honey mustard and tried to pass it off as fine.
