A one star is too generous! Be very careful of this place especially if you are not tech savvy. This place will take total advantage of you if you do not know EXACTLY what you are doing. Do yourself a favor and go to the REAL Verizon store instead of a re-seller. This place will put you in a plan that isn't right for you, sell you extra accessories you don't need, and add insurance without telling you. Then they will use their BS that you initialed that novel and "you" agreed to it when you finally figure out what they did. I would never recommend this place to anyone and will tell as many people as I can to stay away from it. I am going to post this review every week until my problem is resolved in the correct manner!

However, I worked with Alex here and the customer service was absolutely incredible! I could not be happier. They did not have the phone in store that I wanted and given I was in town visiting my family, could not have it ordered. He drove to another store just to get it for me so that we could get everything set up that day. He laid out all of our plan options super clearly, and was transparent about all costs. She was very anxious and I knew it would be a tough night if we didn't address it right away. With only 15 minutes to spare, the Verizon associate Rami, assured me that we'd have enough time to do what we needed. He took care of us not only with her phone, but also took that extra time that I would have needed to upgrade my own phone -- something I had been procrastinating on for months. He took care of transferring our apps, contacts, texts, etc. We did not feel rushed at all. We are both so satisfied with our purchases/upgrades.
