ALDI — Local services in Middletown

My shopping experience has always been pleasant. The store is neatly kept and items are remarkable. However my customer Service today was very disappointing. I usually go to the self check out lane but today i decided to go through regular lane. Sierra was the cashier and she was not pleasant at all. I dont expect to be greeted like others in front of me or behind me. All i asked was for two separate transactions. I had tomatoes and green beans which were being thrown into my Aldi bags. I theb proceed to ask her to be gentle with the items. There was no acknowledgement but only an attitude. While i pack the left over items into my Aldi bag, she proceeded to smile and greet the customer behind? I hope this is not racial discrimination? I certainly dont want to make a scene considering she is young. Is this normal experiences...

By far the worst Aldi I've been to in the area. The store was messy overall even though they had all the good fall "Aldi finds". But the biggest issue was that there wasn't A SINGLE EMPLOYEE ANYWHERE TO BE SEEN for the 40 minutes I was in the store. I walked back and forth looking for an employeeto help me with something. I even peered in the employee only doors. There was no one. There weren't even any employees up front at the registers. I paced the store for over 20 minutes looking for and waiting for an employee to show up. I could have just left the store with everything in my cart and no one would have even known. Before I left, two female employees came out for about 2 minutes and then promptly disappeared again. I won't be going back...

I just came to this store looking for one thing that was in the Aldi Finds. When I couldn't find it I asked an employee named Diane (I hope I got her name right!). She went above and beyond to help me. While what I was looking for was sold out, I really appreciated all the help she and another employee gave me! Store is always clean and organized.
