I come here frequently. The employees are very friendly and while the wait times can sometimes be a little longer, I have never had a problem with this Taco Bell. The customers here are the biggest problem I have.
Yesterday, I decided to come to this Taco Bell. I was cut off by a lady in a newly used Nissan Titan with the temp tags electrical taped on as she blew through the red light turn lane. I followed her into the parking lot and watched as she took up the entire middle of the parking lot making sure she was in line and also blocking people trying to leave. When she started to make her way into the one lane drive thru she had second thoughts and tried to back out. I made sure to block her so that she had to proceed through the line after blocking traffic for everyone else.
She pulled up to the speaker and told the attendant to hold on and rolled her window back up. After roughly 4 minutes she rolled her window down and proceeded with her order which went as follows:
"A chicken quesadilla with cheese and steak". As the worker tried to make sure that she wanted both steak and chicken on her chicken quesadilla she coped an attitude and started to smart off to the employee . "My son wants one of those round things" Again, the worker trying to understand what exactly she was asking for said, "you're going to have to be more specific, we have a lot of round things on our menu". I don't remember what round thing she decided on.
"I want a taco pack". The worker clarified that she wanted the taco 12 pack and then the lady started customizing the individual tacos in the 12 pack.
After what must have been a good 10 minutes of waiting and clarifications she pulls up to the window and asks to file a complaint. She does that (rather quickly for the sake of the building line behind her) and pulls away with her food. I got my food and pulled back into the parking lot knowing she'd be back with a messed up order. After the 3 minute trip around the block and realizing they had given her the wrong "round thing" she pulled back in. I promptly flew my middle finger out my window as she drove by me and then continued home to...
Read moreWell it was lunch time and I was out thought I would get the free Mexican pizza from TB. Now mind you this was my 3rd one but I had gone in the store like at 1030am and ordered it at the counter. When I did this I ordered Mexican pizza with extra pizza sauce and extra cheese and after it comes out lettuce and sour cream on top. And they were fantastic!! Delicious Delicious Delicious. I bought these at the verity store in Middletown. This was for a free on nothing extra I ordered it online and went to get it up at the store on Breiel Blvd in Middletown. The drive thru line was very long went all away the building. So it took some time. But I finally got it and it smelled so good. Took it home was so very hungry I opened it up and I was just so disappointed. The pizza sauce was only on like half of it and there was hardly any cheese. And the cheese was only on half of it as well. Hardly not tomatoes maybe 4 pieces. Now I know they were busy but it's not that hard to make something right. It doesn't take any extra time!!! I tried to smear the sauce and cheese over to cover as much as I could I put some mild sauce on it and sour cream and I ate it but in no way was as good as the other first 2 I had gotten. Everytime I go to the Breiel store my food is wacked up. But I had gone to Walgreens and thought why ot I'm here now. Well I guess that's the end of Breiel Blvd. Store and I will drive to the verity store from now on. I just wished I looked at it before I pulled away!!! But I...
Read moreThis Taco Bell location was by far the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and unpleasant experience I have ever encountered. The staff were rude, derogatory, and completely disregarded any sense of customer service or respect. I have placed orders at this location multiple times, and each visit has been a repetitive experience of the same poor treatment. The employees routinely complain and make derogatory comments about customers, order customizations, and any other aspect of serving patrons. It does not appear that any management oversight or accountability exists at this location - the staff's behavior suggests they are either unaware of it or simply do not care.
While I understand that workers in the food service industry often face challenges like low pay and high stress, that does not excuse the complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers demonstrated by this Taco Bell's employees. As a customer service-oriented business, providing a positive experience should be the top priority.
I am truly reluctant to leave such a negative review, but felt compelled to do so in the hopes of preventing others from enduring the same terrible experience I have faced at this particular Taco Bell location. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable...
