BUYER BEWARE. Do not step foot in this store. Do not even look at this store. Please do not give these computer hustlers any money. You're better off buying lotto tickets from the Speedway next door. Bought a laptop. Had to take it back repeatedly. Owner did not listen to concerns or brushed them off and claimed "buyer beware."

Here are the problems with computer, computer did not recognize the graphics card. It was clearly labeled with an Nvidia graphics card. Graphics card is not listed in device manager on computer. Not even when "show hidden devices" is clicked. Could not install drivers for the graphics card. I addressed my concern, he says "it runs fine, doesn't it?" The first day I had it the screen went blank. Took it back. He put on a new screen, but the new screen had a 1 inch brown gash on it. He didn't care. He already sold it to me. Charger port was loose and cracked. He says "all charger ports are like that." The fan is very loud and impossible to turn off even when every program under the sun is used. I did not notice this problem while looking at the computer in the store, because there was 15 other P.O.S. laptops next to it. I wanted Windows 7. He gave me Windows 10. I wanted to play games. He claimed it can run games. It cannot run games unless the games are 10 years old. Gee, I don't know, maybe it has something to do with the graphics card not being recognized.

Took laptop in to have it cleaned since liquid was spilled on it. Told it would be done a few days later. Attempted to contact and never answered phone. Went in and it wasn't completed. Told it needed a new battery. Told it would be done in a couple of more days. Befor going, attempted to contact again and never answered phone. Drove to shop and it still was not finished. Took computer home and found my entire MS office was deleted and speaker no longer works. Took my laptop in on 4/25/23 and was told it would be fixed within a week. I am writing this on 5/31/23 over a month later and I still do not have my laptop. I had to pay almost $200 ahead of time so they could order the part. I’ve called several times and got no answer. I went to go into the shop to ask about my computer and there was tarps over the windows and I was told they were shut down. I’ve since tried everything I could to get ahold of the owner but I’ve still heard nothing back. If D&D/Cybertechs opens at a new location I would urge everyone to steer clear.
