ZERO STARS. I will never patron an organization or business that does not even see me. The first time I walked into this store, neither the clerk nor the other employee acknowledged me although they were extremely welcoming and helpful to other customers. I was the only person of color in the store at the time. Both looked me squarely in the face and said nothing - not even a nod or a smile. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, hence my second visit. As I walked into the store, one of the employees was smoking directly outside the store. She looked me squarely in my eyes and said nothing as I passed her. I smiled and nodded. Still - nothing from her. She followed me into the store, walked past me and still ignored me.. Once inside the store, the other employee gave the same energy - looked me in my eyes as she was walking in my direction - no "hello," no "welcome," no "let me know if you need anything - nothing. I was the ONLY customer in the store. How strange is it that you don't address the only other human being in the room with you who is not an employee? The same experience twice? Downright rude. Business owners who don't understand how to deliver a positive customer experience should not be in business. Employees who don't know the power of treating everyone with dignity and respect, should not have jobs. The general decline in customer service is a travesty. But when this is coupled with a pattern of disproportionate treatment of customers it becomes clear that something utterly disgusting and evil is happening with the organizational culture. When your frontline workers carelessly throw away an opportunity to communicate the company's values and brand positively, are intentionally unwelcoming and nasty, and unapologetically dismissive when I u-turned out of there,, you don't deserve nor will ever get one red cent from me. These microaggressions and subtle nuances of discrimination are unacceptable and will not be tolerated.    Read moreThey make beautiful centerpiece balloons that's how I have ordered mine thus far and besides one of them that was a centerpiece for my good friends 40th birthday I because the 40 was the top of the tear it had when I had taken get out of my trunk the 40 balloon should have been on the top and it was not even on centerpiece anymore. But all in all I have very great experience polite I absolutely love the store I have so many cool different kinds of party themes literally anything. I don't have any complaints for the party store nothing but positive things to say because the balloon for my friend's 40th could have fallen off in my trunk because there was a couple hot days there and I picked it up and it was over or it was in my trunk for over one day so I don't know if the balloon had drifted off from the top of the tear centerpiece because I have had it in my trunk after I bought it overnight and into the afternoon until I got to Delco the next day.    Read moreI ordered two dozen balloons from Fulton Paper & Party Supplies days in advance. I called to cancel a dozen of balloons and as I spoke to a woman on the phone, she informed me that I would be able to receive a refund for the dozen of balloons that I no longer wanted.
As I went to the shop to pick up the balloons, I was told that I couldn't receive a refund and that it was against store policy. Two associates insisted that I was wrong in this situation even though the woman I spoke to on the phone told me I could receive a refund and admitted she didn't check with store policy before speaking to me. I attempted to work with the staff at the Fulton Party Supplies by asking for store credit instead, and even then I was treated with disrespect as if I was not a customer.
Instead of Fulton Paper & Party Supplies assisting me in the issue they caused, I was left offended and dissatisfied. The company broke their verbal agreement to me as a customer and in result I will never return to any Fulton Paper &...
