Roma Pizza — Restaurant in Middletown

Just called for dinner and their customer service is horrendous. We wanted 20 wings with half mild and half hot. When we asked for this we were not told we would be charged extra. We were charged more for 20 wings with two separate sauces then if we had just said I want 10 mild wings and 10 hot wings. That is dishonest. When I said to the lady on the phone that going forward they should let their customers know that they would be charged more she told me that she does not tell people until they ask. I then told her that even though it might seem like a small charge it is not ok. So if you order from here be sure to say your wings in increments of 10 instead so you don’t get charged an extra $3. We were still going to order from here after this but when I asked her to read back the rest of the order because it still was not adding up she hung up on me. So we took our business to Middletown Pizza where they allowed us to have half mild and half hot at no extra charge. And did not charge for bleu cheese sauce. The customer service at Middletown Pizza was much better and more polite. I will go here going forward even though they do...

Very Unhappy!!!! Our first time ordering from Roma Pizza, the food was delivered under cooked. We ordered a Hamburger (Was very pink inside!, Rarely cooked!), Philly Cheesteak(Disgusting and Not delivered the way it was ordered), Italian Sub (Disgusting as well), and Veal Parm (Unebible). I called last night after we began eating, spoke to a young women, who stated that I can receive a FULL REFUND if I called tomorrow(Today) and spoke to Beck (Manager). Well I just called and got yelled at and treated very rude by some older gentleman, who was not the manager. And basically told me unless I bring in the food, the refund will not be processed. I stated that I spoke to the women last night and told her that I do not have the food and it was thrown out, She said that’s not a problem and to call tomorrow.

Well I will NEVER order from here again! And will make sure nobody I know goes here. I will be going to the restaurant tomorrow and speaking to the manager in person. The treatment I was given via phone today is...

Typically I order pizza from here because 1 I like their pizza and they have the pizza deals. I also live in Smyrna Delaware so It's a bit of a hike but to me it's not a HUGE DEAL. So today I ordered a cheese steak special ( 2 cheese steaks 2 fries and a 2 liter) and a Stromboli came to about $41. So went in found out they raised the prices.. ok so be it. Got home and opened my cheese steaks and it was like a slap on the face. I drove a half hour to get this food and spent 41 dollars and look at the pictures these sandwiches are sad. I will not do it again..... the fried onions were barely fried.. they were more like raw onions and the cheese steak had the girth of a roll of scotch tape. Picture is just to show size... not to mention the roll seemed to be stale. I think I will start going to Glasgow deli in cheswold. I WAS SUPER DISSAPPOINTED... I DONT KNOW WHAT CHANGED BUT THE SANDWICHES USE TO BE BIGGER AND CHEAPER... D9NT...
