Nothing more frustrating than dealing with JC penny's jewlery department! They have had my ring since April 30th it takes up to 6 weeks to return to store from repair, cleaning or sizing... I sent it for the 2nd time for repair and sizing. Only to call June 3rd to find out it was sent back with no repair or sizing. Because they said they did not have warranty. I had to go up there with proof of purchase of warranty. They sent it back saying they said they would "expedite" it for the Mishap. Here I am July 11th still with out my ring! I keep calling and getting told it takes 6 weeks, well what about the expedite? July 15th makes 6 weeks since I showed proof of warranty, I get told a manager will call me back, i get told the safe has not been opened. Thats my 3rd ring purchase from them and never had issues till now! Im only one year in with that ring and ready to make another ring purchase elsewhere so I will never have to deal with JC Penny's incompetence! NONE OF THIS IS ABOUT ELBA! ELBA was sweet and assisted me the best she could while her manager blamed her and left her deal with an upset customer not mention the way the manager spoke to her in front of me amd my son.    Read moreSo apparently teenagers as in my daughter and her best friend got dropped off at the mall as usual to buy things and jc pennyâs employee was being rude not only once but twice last Weeknd and The Weeknd before that . She had the nerve to tell them that this isnât a hang out spot just for browsing in the skin care area and make up area in which they were buying customers. I would have gone up there myself but I wonât compose myself from being nice after what my daughter told me about the employee telling her to leave just because they were browsing. If ur not happy with ur job then find another and quit picking on teenagers they are well paying customers just like anyone else . As they say down as well tot take a break from walking around finding stuff to buy she followed them and came up to them once agian and told them to leave .they told me which employee it was so Iâm well aware...
   Read moreI usually donât shop at JC Penney, and this experience reminded of why I donât. I only went because someone had given me a giftcard which I used to order online and have shipped to store. When I walked in to the customer service desk in the menâs department to pick up my order, there were two cashiers each finishing up with one customer. Nobody else was in line. When I went up and told her I was here to get my online order, the cashier looked at me with a blank stare for like 10 seconds and then just said âlet me help her first.â She proceeded to help a woman who came out of nowhere and was definitely not in line before me. I ended up waiting for the cashier to ring this woman up for like 20 items before I was helped for two items.
