Was very disappointed when we went. We were so excited when we found out one was coming here. We went often in Colorado and El Paso when we lived in each area. They were busy as well and always will be. However, upon arriving I was skeptical, the parking was horrible. We walked in and got our tickets which we purchased online. We went to go put our stuff in a locker to find there were only approximately 20 lockers. Shoes and items were all over the place. The layout was way off and not set up to the best intent. Most of the area was designated for birthdays the whole side was birthday rooms and tables. The playground area had kids running and pushing like no other and parents nowhere or just standing there watching. In tIn the trampoline area there are only 13 trampolines with only one kid per tramp when rules were actually followed is not enough. Kids were running around and jumping on trampolines with other kids and their parents were nowhere around. My niece is more cautious and nice and she will step off the trampoline vs say anything. I try to keep my "teacher voice" at work but it made its way out a few times when kids kept blowing over past her onto her trampoline. The lines were ridiculous and waited for way too long for the minimum time of 2 hours they were doing. Wi,th that, they tried to have us leave only an hour and 15 into our session. So we mentioned and showed our purchase time and they let us stay. The place was dirty beyond comparison to the other Urabn air facilities. We got some food and for "supreme" you got cheese and sour cream packets and some jalapeƱos, it took over 30 minutes for us to get the Supreme fries. And the tables were dirty when asked to have someone clean them no one came so we had to dry wipe it and use napkins to put down so we could eat. The floors were filled with food and trash. They had a whole arcade that 1-2 people were playing on and a VR section that was nearly empty the whole time except for one 15 min section. I feel those are almost a waste of space in a sense. They kept allowing people to come in even though it was packed and in some areas nearly impossible to get around. Sadly we will not be back to this facility we will drive to El Paso.

I had my 3 year old birthday party here. At first it was hard to figure out where i needed to go to check into the party. They need to have host that directs people on where to go or who can answer questions. Private room is the way to go. Our party host was good and made sure to help out a lot. But i have never been here before so i didn’t know how the wrist bands worked. So the party host should explain to parents who are just watching a child they don’t need a wristband. Because it got very confusing he was giving every parent that was coming in wristbands, none were jump or doing anything other then watching the kids. It was very overly packed and had to wait forever in lines to do anything. Also it was hard for my 3 year old to do a lot of the stuff. Kids keep cutting the lines, they need to let their employees know to not let kids jump the line. Also was disappointed on the amount trampolines they had. Also only one kid per trampoline isn’t easy to do when the employees never tell the kids when to get off. Overall it was a great and amazing experience. Just hope after it dies down some that some of that stuff will change. We have monthly membership so we will be coming back. I am excited to see how they change over the Next few months.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I booked a birthday party for my son online. We have a membership for my kids. We went about a week prior to his birthday party. I asked a staff member if the platinum party package I booked included a room rather than the picnic tables, she ensured me it did. A few days prior to my sons birthday, they called to confirm details. The lady who called stated that, the package did not include a room and the picnic tables seated 12 people. I asked if there was a different timeframe available for that day that included a room, she stated they did not and it was an additional $50 fee for a room which was not stated on the website. I asked to speak to a manager, at the point she stated she was the birthday manager and I had to speak with her. I hung up, called back, spoke to a manager, she stated there was a Time slot available that same day in the evening. We switched the party time for them to accommodate us. The day of the birthday was a complete nightmare. It took one hour to get drinks, my friends son threw up and the staff informed her she would need to ā€œclean it herself because it was grossā€, in the midst of employees arguing about who was going to clean it up, a little girl ran by and fell in the throw up. They said her son would have to leave the facility since he had thrown up. I asked for a manager, and literally had to argue that he had just eaten and went and played is the reason he had thrown up. They allowed my friend and her child to stay. There were two adults fighting and cursing right outside our room in front of children!! I I went to pay my final bill there were ladies cussing up a storm fighting, dropping F bombs right in front of the managers that said not one word to them. Urban Air tried to charge me an additional $124 for the additional children that attended. I asked why I was being charged extra when it states on their website if you have a membership, and I quote, ā€œ Five Additional Guests Free with Paid Birthday Partyā€ when I brought to their attention, the manager corrected it. I’m glad I read what all the membership included. No telling how many people have been overcharged. When I went back to our room, our waitress was in tears because the manager told her I said she was ghetto when I was checking out. I had to console her because I did not say she was ghetto, I said the staff was very undertrained, very rude (including management), and the facility itself was ghetto. I did not feel safe having my children in this environment, nor did my guests. I had guests leave early! This place needs adequate and properly trained management! Urban Air, stick to the capacity limit mandated by the city and enforce your guidelines. Not worth all the money spent. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!!!!!!!! ...

I recently had the displeasure of partaking in an experience that left me incredibly dissatisfied. It is with great disappointment that I write this long, detailed review in the hopes of warning others about the subpar service and overall lackluster experience I encountered.

Service and Staff: The first aspect that struck me was the abysmal level of service provided. The staff seemed disinterested and disengaged, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. They appeared oblivious to the needs of the customers and were unresponsive to our inquiries and requests. It felt as though we were invisible, mere inconveniences in their day. This complete disregard for customer satisfaction was truly disheartening.

Quality of Products: The quality of the products on offer was equally dismal. The items were poorly made and lacked the promised durability and functionality. It was evident that corners were cut during the manufacturing process, resulting in shoddy craftsmanship and a complete disregard for attention to detail. I was left feeling cheated and regretful for investing my hard-earned money on such subpar merchandise.

Pricing and Value: To add insult to injury, the pricing of the products and services was exorbitant considering the lack of quality and abysmal customer service. It felt as though I was being taken advantage of, with prices far exceeding the true value of what was being offered. This level of pricing, coupled with the overall disappointing experience, left me feeling cheated and deceived.

Cleanliness and Hygiene: Another glaring issue was the lack of cleanliness and hygiene standards observed. The premises were unkempt and neglected, with visible dirt and grime in various areas. The overall atmosphere was off-putting and did not inspire confidence in the establishment's commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. This lack of attention to basic cleanliness further reinforced my negative impression of the place.

Conclusion: In conclusion, my experience at this establishment was nothing short of a complete letdown. The subpar service, lack of professionalism, poor product quality, exorbitant pricing, and disregard for cleanliness and hygiene all contributed to an overall disappointing encounter. I urge potential customers to steer clear of this establishment and seek out alternative options that prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver on their promises. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment that I endured, and choose an establishment that values its customers and strives...
