Bought my ring on February 2020, took it for inspection and resize in August 2020, the girl told us will be ready by 9/4/2020 and that will send me emails and notification when back at the store, just received an email when arrived to their shop and that was it, needles to say my husband called around 9/2/2020 to find out if the ring will be ready as scheduled on Friday 9/4/2020 and they apologize but there was a delay and bla bla bla but that should be ready the following week, they asked my husband my email and that they will notify me....we were waiting and waiting for email and nothing. My husband got tired of waiting and called on Monday 9/14/2020 and they simply said the ring was there since 9/8/2020 and that they sent an email which THEY DIDNT!!!!! So we travelled the 50 miles from our house to this location and there was a sign in the store stating they were closed and will be opening soon, we are still mad and very dissatisfied with their customer service, it’s the worse I ever experienced. Read moreSo, I sent in my necklace to get a repair lets say about 4 to 5 weeks ago and about two and a half weeks ago I went to go pick it up and they ended up SILVER PLATING my Rose Gold necklace, so, they sent it back in to get repaired. I haven't heard anything, so for about the past week and a half I have been calling and I always get ahold of a girl named Anika or something like that and she always tells me that she will get back to me this and that and never does, well today I get a little agitated with her and she hung up on me, yes, I shouldn't of cussed but my boyfriend spent a good amount on that necklace and it was their mess up and so she's been super un helpful and short with me every call. Then I call back after she hung up and I got ahold of Greg and he was SO professional about everything. He calmed me down and reassured me that they were working on it and that he will definitely call me back. That is the only reason I will be giving this store 2 stars is because of Greg. Thank you, Greg!

Read moreMy daughter got her class ring here and customized it herself. When she got her ring back, it was smaller than it was supposed to be. My daughter took it back only for them to size it up 1/4 of a size bigger. My daughter again took it back and was finally given then correct size and the ring was sent off. Well guess what, after a month, the ring is now lost!! When I called to see where her ring was, the rude lady told me that they can’t find the claim number and tried using the excuse of their computer being from back in the 80’s. That sounds like an iss-you not and iss-me!!! I’m letting corporate know in this review that if my daughter’s ring is not found, I will be requesting a refund doubling the cost of the ring and the cost of the warranty!! My daughter is devastated!! I will never purchase another piece of jewelry...
