INFINITE LOVE STAND So I'm not sure if these guys don't understand what no means but the photo is of the man I had 2 encounters with. Please handle the situation!!! 2 days ago I went to the mall with my 2 kids (under 3 yrs) and passed him as he was shouting "just smell" the piece of perfume sprayed paper, I said no thanks and walked past. As we were leaving and walking past, I'm holding my 2 kids hands and he hands a paper to my youngest child, after saying no. Today I go in with all my kids, and my 2 little ones were in their stroller. We passed and I said no thanks, again, as nice as possible but as we were walking out and I'm talking to my oldest, he hands a paper to one of my babies in the stroller. I lost it. I went behind his desk and in his face as close as I possibly could and screamed and cussed him out. I hope you felt embarrassed as the POS you are as you ran behind the little counter as everyone watched. When someone says NO, that means no. Do not hand perfume/colonge to kids, let alone babies. I can't say for your sake if you are stupid enough to do it again, next time what might happen to ya, but I hope you're smart enough to use your little brain before you act next time. Especially when it's a mother and...
Read moreI was just at your womens Dillard’s. Which I love Dillard’s at midland park mall, I spend a lot of my money there. BUT TODAY I had to try on multiple dresses (six to be exact) for two events I have coming up. You’re employee working in the junior section closest to the entrance of the mall across from the sanctuary brand clothing gave me an UGLY look and said “you have a lot to try on”. She stood there a minute contemplating even giving me a room and then told me “will you put all those dresses back after you’re done”. I was very upset I’ve never been told to put clothes back or discouraged from trying too much on! Terrible customer service and I did ask her afterward if she normally asks customers to put back all the clothes they try on she said “only if they have more than 3 or 4 things”. If I didn’t absolutely need the dress I...
Read moreGreatly dislike this mall and the way it is setup. Poorly designed for the amount of traffic that mills about constantly. The lighting is poor and the majority of the stores are out of date, smell or they show signs of wear and tear. The Coach Store has beautiful things but often I find they are on low inventory. They have several stores catering to Men, sorry Ladies....you don't get a foot locker or a place that caters to your shoe and workout needs. Again, I believe that in the "early" setup this mall was great but the layout and setup now is inefficient and while they are trying to upgrade the mall by the time they accomplish anything and move to the next thing.......what they finish is out of date already. Unfortunately....it's the...
