Fuddruckers — Restaurant in Midland

We always eat at Fudds no matter where we are. This was the worst experience ever! Huge fail. 3 orders, 1 ticket. 45 min wait. When I asked for my food I was told they had 4 people quit. My order was up next. 10 minutes later, no order. Then we got our burger but no fries. When I asked for corporate office number, I was given a bogus number. When my fries were actually ready, after we finished our burgers, the girl giving orders dumped 2 orders of fries in my tray and said here and skinny fries weren't ready yet. 10 minutes later they were ready, when I asked for her to not dump them on my tray like she did the last 2 orders, her reply was "I didn't think you wanted me to spend the 20 seconds since you waited so long" I politely replied, after waiting 45 minutes for burgers with no fries, what difference does 20 seconds make?". From barely warn burgers with no fries, no poor attitude and the manager giving me a fake number to home office, I doubt I will ever eat at this Fuddruckers again. Manager should be fired and female giving food orders out should be terminated (people skills training is the bare minimum). I did contact the correct home office and they said they would be looking into it. 1 gentleman waited over an hour for 1 burger. Purely pathetic! On the upside, the remodel was very nice since last time we are here. But I'd rather have good hot food and decent service over a nicely done remodel. 1 star is way to kind but they dont have an option for...

I went in on August 24 and my order was not correct. Then the lady working at station where she hands out food had put bacon on the burger that was not even correct when pointing out that it was supposed to be 1/2 lb and just American cheese she pulled bacon off 1/3 lb with her bare hands and then hands that to me. I demanded refund and didn't get proper refund. I requested to talk to a district manager and was given his phone number. After speaking with the "new" district manager, he stated that I could come back at a later time and would receive a meal on them. I have gone in 3 times since and have yet to get it. The lady that was working register that can barely speak English claimed to me that she was the manager and never told me anything like I stated, but I spoke to a male. I asked for district manager number again and she refused to give it, but did calk him while I was there and told him that I had left. I know this because I went back in my call log and found his number and called him again to be informed by him that she had called and told him I had left when I was still standing in the restaurant while calling him. So if this female is a manager then she needs to learn to not lie about customers as well as listen to the customer. Very horrible service...

Here you go Dixie this is for your rude self you smell like marijuana and don't even groom yourself to work in the food business what a place if you want dry meat and nasty fries this is the place for you their condiments always real warm and the manager is very very very rude ask to talk to a different manager and she said she was the only manager and I asked if there was a district manager and she said he was out of town and he will not be back for another week very very nasty place they need to do some updates and clean teacher employees how to work with customers customer service is always a plus but this place is not they hire very rude people and they say they make their meat fresh daily and well their meat is pre-packaged meat that is not fresh I watched a guy pull it out of the package sealed package that is and put it in tray so in the next couple of months we will be getting a new burger place in town and it's going to be called Buddy's 33 it is going to put these people out of business for good and hopefully hopefully that none of their rude employees go to Buddy's 33 and the lady that I spoke her...
