Love Affair Bookstore — Local services in Midland

Absolutely adore this place! My TBR list has definitely grown since the opening of the bookstore! I love the comfort color brand shirts that are offered along with the sweatshirts and hoodies. Also love that it is plus size friendly with the clothes! The book bags are cute. Reading selected is perfection for all romance related books! And I really like that they have a display of some books behind the counter that show the ranking on Amazon top 100. Helps me know if I’m picking up a good book or not. :) The owner is super chill. It is a cozy and intimate store but absolutely a perfect store for romance readers!!! 11/10 would shop there again… and again...

I popped into this super cute bookstore on my way back to Houston. I was immediately in love! I chatted with the owner (didn't get her name) and she is amazing! You can tell she loves what she is doing, loves her customers and recommending books. I picked up one of her recommendations and can't wait to start it. What is great is that she will ship books so I can still shop with her all the way from Houston! I wish her all the wonderful success with her new bookstore adventure! Beautiful store! Great selection of romance novels from stand alone novels to series. Even some local authors! The books are organized by their tropes which is amazing! There is a cute selection of little trinkets, reading journals and clothes as well. Owner was able to give insight to many different books and recommended some of her favorites for me to read!
