I woke up Saturday morning and decided I was going to buy my lady a wedding ring. We got dressed jump in the car and drove an hour to midland. I called my buddy Isaac who works at occasions fine jewelry. He told me to come in and they would take care of me. When we arrived we were greeted at the door. They asked us if we want something to drink. I had a beer and she had some wine. Rose then showed us several rings and i told her the price range I was looking at. Then she pulled out the last ring and put it on Robin's finger. I looked at Robin's face and knew that was the ring. I told Rose we would take it and Robin agreed. I didn't know the cost of the ring and it really didn't matter. This was the ring she wanted. When I got up to the counter to pay for the ring . I was surprised by the cost of the ring. I was expecting to pay more for that beauty. sum it all up.. My lady is so happy. Ive never seen her smile like that. My husband recently purchased a new wedding ring for me at Occassions and I was so happy with our experience with them. I went in with the intention of just trying some things on to get an idea of what I really liked and then buying online, but because of the superior customer service I received and the great selection we ended up purchasing in the store and I couldn’t be happier. The salesman was so patient with me allowing me to try on setting after setting and then after I chose a setting he was happy to show me how it would look with different shapes and sizes of diamond until we got it just right. I am so happy with my gorgeous wedding ring and I know it’s because of the time they spent with me making sure it was just right.

My fiancé and I had gone to five other jewelry stores in Midland to look for his wedding ring. At one of the stores, we weren’t even acknowledged by a sales representative. We truly felt we were not going to be successful in our search for his perfect ring due to the very limited selection of rings for my fiancés taste. Then we went to Occasions. Upon entering the building, every sales clerk greeted us with a warm smile. We instantly felt comfortable! Our sales representative, Luis, was kind, patient and encouraging.
