I brought in a 6mo old name-brand laptop in great condition with really good specs. I only wanted $150 to pawn it, which is more than reasonable as it sells for $4-600 used (on eBay). They refused.

I even went down to $100 for pawn/buyback, but NOPE that was refused too. "Can't make enough money at that price." The guy even looked it up and agreed it was worth $4-600...

They have always treated me very kind. They had my stuff there after I left it there for months he remembered and went and found it let me buy it back with a great deal. There were people telling me that when I missed my due date he would keep my things I pawned , when in reality he listened to my explanation when explaining my situation to him.
