I can’t recommend Kimberlee and her team enough. From the beginning of our search for a wedding cake to the final product, she was welcoming, informative, and optimistic. The cake tasting was a take-home box with mix and match frosting and cake flavors; a super fun idea that allowed our entire family to participate. Ultimately we went with a 3-tiered chocolate and yellow layers with this incredible maple frosting. It was a major hit with our guests. The design was simple yet elegant. And the price was considerably more reasonable than other bakeries we talked to.

I went to Enjoy Bakery for the first time today and was excited to see Midland getting a bakery since Hamilton's have been closed for years now. So I bought one cinnamon roll and one brownie. They looked fantastic and was happy to take my cute little pink box home. The price was $10.50 for those 2 items. I am not complaining about the price because if it was good than I don't mind paying a little more. However, I was extremely disappointed because both of those items were very dry, so dry they both tasted like they were weeks old and not wrapped up. The frosting was the only good thing about the cinnamon roll. They were so bad that after 2 bites I threw them both away, fearing I would get sick since they tasted so old. First timer today and I'm a great home cook, so I'm pretty picky. The Oatmeal Sandwich cookie was very good. My husband and I agreed that we'd buy that again. The Cinnamon Roll....which they went to the back to grab off the "freshly made tray" was dry. My husband says bone dry, I didn't think it was quite bone dry...but close. It definitely had too many air bubbles so I think the dough was over worked maybe. Also...not much flavor, had to hunt for the cinnamon. BUT....their fluffy frosting is fantastic. If I was just reviewing the sandwich cookie, it was a 4.5. But the cinnamon roll alone was about a 2...hence my 3 star review. Sorry. REALLY wanted to...
