Not purchasing one not two but three dresses for tonight’s event manager Johnny wasn’t able to help my daughter out in exchanging one of them due to their strict policy of no returns, mind you my daughter was still in the store didn’t even walk out and just wanted to exchange it for another dress not return it just make an exchange and even will to purchase some kind of accessories to make up the few dollar difference! I was looking for a particular color and style of dress for a last minute event and called up to the store to see if they had it available. I spoke with Johnathan who was such a doll and a great help! He was patient with me as I went through two or three different sku#s to see if the store had my size. Luckily there was one my size and in the color I needed! Johnathan told me that he would hold the dress for me if I came in the same day to try on.
