So my mom and I shopped here today, I was shopping for my husband and she was shopping for her and my two daughters (matching shoes) we found some shoes on sale with a red dot showing the sale price and a white tag showing the original price. Then found the same shoes (kids size) on sale labeled 19.97 with red sale tag but no red dot to reflect the sale price, so we asked an employee the price of what it is for sale.

The employee went up to the counter, clearly wrote a 2 over the 1 to 29.97, then came and handed them back to my mom and said nothing, then when she asked again what the sale price was ( because there was still no red dot tag on the bottom of the shoe, he said “that is the sale price”.

So he clearly walked back up to the counter and wrote a 2 over the 1 and changed the price thinking we wouldn’t even notice.

I decided to not even my my husband shoes as well as the four other pairs we had picked out because of them employees lying about the price. We tried to confront the employee and talk to another and they both seemed to...

Very professional staff! I won a raffle from this store. I usually never shop here it’s 30 minutes away from my house. The vibe was totally on point, good music playing. I love how personable the staff was, very friendly and attentive.

Funny story I brought the wrong card with me, I was trying to swipe an expired card. As the transaction was declining I was so stunned. I was like oh no try again. Each time the staff just tried again. The second decline the staff asked me to see if my bank was declining it. I checked no notifications, I was two seconds away from calling capitol one. After the third decline, I’m really puzzled. Like stressed! The guy that was helping me reassured me if I had to go back home they would hold my shoes. My friend and I went in to purchase shoes. We had 6 pairs picked out to try on and buy. We ended up waiting like 15 minutes just for one pair and gave up altogether. The customer service was horrible. I don’t really care about being greeted, but not even addressing us when we were trying to ask a question politely is a little ridiculous. Oh but the ladies working at 7 PM on Nov. 26th were gossiping and dropping the f bomb everywhere in front of 4ish customers that were in store just fine.

This is such a great store for MWC but is totally degraded by the quality of its employees. I will not be returning and will take my business elsewhere from now. This has happened every time I go in and it’s not...
