I recently (less than 7 days) bought a device that had been working oddly and finally completely just stopped working. I looked up what was wrong with it and it said it’s defective. I spoke with someone at the shop, told her what was going on, it was agreed it sounds defective. Staff member was aware I no longer have my receipt. I was told to bring it up there and they would just swap it out. I went up there maybe 35 minutes later and it was a completely different person there. They told me Nope, I can’t do that without a receipt. I asked if he could reach out and call the manager to confirm that, seeing as I just spoke to someone who said I could, and it’s manufactured defective. He literally 5 seconds later (no call, no text, nothing.) because he was standing in front of me the whole time, says… “Yeah No, he said we can’t” like seriously!!!! Worst experience ever. I went in to find a certain product and I was telling them that the rubies are not working anymore and she basically cut me off to say they are cherry now and I said that’s fine but why did I take a whole one and it just gave me a headache I normally only take a 4th and I feel great all day but now I have to keep taking 4ths all the way to a whole pill and I get a massive headache and never actually feel anything I think this batch might be messed up and she got and attitude and basically walked away and started helping another customer and ignored me. The guy was really nice and said sorry about her and I said that fine and I left. I was super nice I was just asking a question and I felt like they ignored me and got offended or something when I was just curious.
