Rent-A-Center — Local services in Midwest City

this was the worst experience of my life with this company i will not be doing business with this center ever again. the manager bryce all but cussed me out when he lied to me about my delivery. 4 hours later when my equipment arrived the delivery driver knew me and my wife so its really hard to believe the story the bryce told me about how his delivery driver quit on him and that's why my delivery was late. nevermind the inconvenience of trying to work from home and having a time scheduled to be able to accept the equipment just to be completely disrespected by the individual running the show at this location. fast forward to when I'm actually able to use my dryer. it is so stained and covered with burnt rubber that its not usable. i all and try to explain this to bryce and again nothing but attitude. he decides that he isn't gonna swap out my dryer for another one and is just gonna come pick up both my dryer and my new ipad that was a christmas gift to myself. because i have an issue with the condition of my dryer. now to be clear i didn't see this dryer prior to delivery. in fact for 1100 bucks i sure figured it was gonna be a lot nicer than some simple 200 or 300 dollar job that was delivered to my house. as mentioned before the delivery running late didnt allow for an accurate inspection of the unit prior to accepting the delivery. i am waiting on a call back from the district manager but im not counting on it. i will however be doing business at different location not a...

Well they will work with anyone else but my husband and then proceed to tell him how to pay his bills,this isnt the only thing and and we did give back most of their stuff cause they are way over priced and went to arrons who are actually way cheaper and odd things and missed payments and the balaced owed left on the account dosent seem like its off with arrons,its constantly like that with rent a center and i will call corporate since an employee who unknown to me untill the person who told me which was a relative and who lives with me that he knew him from years ago cause said employee and his friends tried to jump my brother!,and this employee has been to my house and he knew everytime he came who my brother was and he still diddnt tell his manager or anyone the situation and diddnt stop comming to my house so i supoose i will call corporate on this store because that is conflict of intrest especially sending an employee who has done something like that........and if they did know and still did it they need to be held accountable for continuing to do it because i could of called the cops,pretty sad because ive had relatives leave rent a center and go to arrons over the same thing not to mention they tried to sell us a used mattress which by the way is still illegal.............dont matter if its been cleand or not,i paid off a used bed set from rent first years ago and they even said its against the law to sell used mattress.......and a lawyer recently told me...

This place is super unprofessional. We originally had a very nice refrigerator stainless steel double door frig on top with freezer on the bottom. We purchased it as we really wanted ice/water. We ended up moving just recently after having frig for about a year. Our new place has no water connections. We were paying $201 per month for the refrigerator. So my husband went in to see if we could exchange a refrigerator for one that didn't have water/ice. The guy said everything was fine, and he offered us another used refrigerator at $100 per month. He couldn't show us the refrigerator as it was on a truck. Well, this was 1 month ago. They never came to pick up other refrigerator that they said they would TWO days in arrow before we had to be 100% out of the home. This was Feb 28th. The refrigerator is still in our neighbors garage as of today (March 24th). They delivered the used refrigerator to our new house when we weren't home, but we had my husband's uncle there to open the door to let them in. When we got home from work, we noticed the damaged refrigerator. You can see into the refrigerator when it's closed. My husband called and said, "Hey, this refrigerator should be trashed."
