Took my engagement and wedding rings here to be soldered together after losing them. They were able to remove the balls that I had placed on them when we got married and solder them together seamlessly. I absolutely love how they look and I feel so much better knowing they fit and I won't lose them again. I also, on a whim, brought a broken necklace charm that my late sister gifted to me before she passed. They were able to repair it and gave a fantastic deal on a new chain to wear it on. I had a diamond and new prong set placed in my engagement ring 4 years ago by Motif. Four short years later, the diamond AND entire prong set just fell out of the ring and was lost! When we went in to talk to the owner about the quality of workmanship, he was rude and told me that "if I wore the ring everyday, I should expect that something like this would happen" and refused to do anything at all to rectify the situation (despite the fact that their website says they have a lifetime warranty). I dropped off a family ring to be resized while on vacation in the area and picked it up a few days later, which was 2 days earlier than they had said it might take. When I picked it up, I was shocked at how stunning it looked! They did such a great job resizing it and cleaning it, that it looked like a brand new ring!
