I would highly recommend this establishment. He is not only good at fixing your computer but he also gave us a deal on fixing our computer that was extremely generous and kind. I brought in a laptop that I have had since 2013. I am a teacher and I used the laptop during the pandemic for online teaching. During that time the computer was having a lot of issues and then sometime at the end of teaching at home it crashed and died on me. Since the computer is so old I just thought it was done. It sat on a bench by the back door for nearly 2 years. My husband took it to Network One and they completely restored it. He put in a new hard drive and now it runs better than it did when I was using it during the pandemic. My boyfriend and I took my laptop in for what we were sure it was a charging port issue. They said a free diagnostic, and they believed it would be the charging port as well.

Later they told us it would take longer and we would be charged. They finally called and told us it was just the battery that everything checked out fine.

We brought it home to buy a new battery only to find out the battery works fine in another laptop of the same type and the charging cord works fine too. Only thing STILL dead is my charging port. Just like we told them we believed it to be.

So after a diagnosis of dead battery and paying them for an extended diagnosis because they couldn't figure it out we know for sure we were right.

Will not recommend them to anyone and will never return with any of our business. Waste of money and days...

I brought my laptop in on 12/14/20 at 5:00. P.M. and service was excellent. I forgot the young man's name, but he was patient and answered all my questions and took very good care of me.
