I don't think I'll return to this business. First of all the woman at the counter was carrying a large gun. I was a little bit afraid. What kind of business is this I was asking myself?? Okay I understand,. Jewelry businesses have risks, but her having a big gun right on her hip in the shop? It made me think maybe this shop has shady customers or something? I mean it is kind of out of the way in the corner of a shopping center next to a tractor supply. The two other people in the shop didn't look too happy, made me kind of think the place was shady. But that wasn't the worst of it. My main complaint is the repair estimate. I spent about 10 minutes at the counter finding down the value of my necklace, then the repair estimate took 30 seconds. The girl disappeared behind the curtain for less than a minute and came back with the estimate. How is that enough time to even check anything?? I'm 100% sure they just gave me a price based on the value of my necklace. It's a scam...they know if they give you too high an estimate you won't have the work done, so they make it just high enough so that you'll do it. I guarantee you 100% I'm right. if not, how could they spend 10 minutes getting the value of the jewelry, and 30 seconds making...

GREAT local jewelry store. AWESOME customer service. I recently bought a necklace for my wife for her 30th, and ‘Lo’ took the time to ask me what my wife liked and to help me find exactly what I had in mind. We looked at every necklace they had until I found the one. Anytime I need to buy jewelry or get something fixed there no question where I’m headed. I’ve used EKA several times in the past. Last year, My grandmother had a necklace given to her by her mother that needed some mending in order for her to wear it comfortably. Bob had it ready to go in two days and it was done perfectly. I also purchased my wife’s engagement ring here at the shop several years ago. The big one! It was my first, most expensive, some would even say most important jewelry purchase ever in my life, and Bob really helped me through it. I didn’t want to pick the wrong one, I didn’t want to break the bank, etc. Bob sat me down and spent forever talking to me picking my brain for ideas for this ring. It was a custom ring job, and he took on the project. Ended up perfect and the wife absolutely loved it. Great price too! Thanks guys for always hooking me up! Great people great place. Let me just that today EKA made my day and my husband's day even more special than it had already been. See today was our 9 year wedding anniversary and my husband asked me while out to lunch if I wanted to pick out my own engagement ring. See the beautiful one that he gave me was given to him by his grandmother and it is a irish clauddagh ring and I love it but it burns every time. So I said I wanted to come here because they are local and veteran supporters along with other things. I love them. The ring I found here is gorgeous amazing price and the young lady that helped us was amazing. I walked out with a beautiful gift from my husband and a pair of peral ears for free.
