Not Too Shabby — Local services in Milford

Do not order from this horrible florist. I placed an order and asked for a picture of the bouquet they put together. The owner called me with an attitude and insulted telling me “they don’t do that.” Then proceeded to tell me that my order was already on the delivery truck and on its way to my aunt who was about to go into surgery.

I called back and told the owner I did not appreciate his tone and instead of informing me that he was going cancel the order he blocked my number. Never delivered the flowers and told his employees not to discuss my order with me. The owner decides that playing games with my sick aunt’s flowers is his way of dealing with his customer.

I text asking for updates on the delivery…no response. Finally called from a different number and the rude woman tells me she cannot speak on my “specific order.” I ask her can you just tell me if they were delivered. She refuses. Can you imagine paying over $100 for flowers and being unable to get an update? So I call back again and finally she tells me we will be getting a refund.

I’m not sure if the flowers were actually on the delivery truck or not but this entire experience was ridiculous.

I have to say I got the best mother's day vase arrangements I've ever gotten from Not To Shabby. I walked in and the store front is amazing from all the little nick nacks to support of local businesses. I ordered two arrangements, told them the colors for each only for 120$ I've spent almost the same for one and to not look as good. I WILL be going to Not To Shabby for my flowers from now on.
