Wendy is a gem! She is genuine, kind and her voice is incredibly soothing. Her classes invite you to slow down and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of life - to find and connect with your breath, the here and now and your body. She empowers her students and challenges them to be in tune with their body - not the person next to them. She facilitates mindful flows and encourages students to modify to meet their body's needs. Attended a Yoga Nidra meditation guided by Kim Blakeborough via Zoom. This is one of my most favorite yoga classes of all time. Have known Kim Blakeborough 5 years and must say she is most gentle in leading you down the path to deep brain wave activity. This type of yoga is a form of hypnosis and will totally reset your nervous system. Blanket up, bolster under your knees, eye pack if you like (I do). Allow yourself to become very comfortable, close your eyes, and affirm an intention to relax, let go and go deep within....

The class is calming, but it also feels like a great workout- it is the best yoga class I’ve ever attended. The routines are also different every week, so it is always challenging in a good way.
